Delivery Delivery to UK mainland will be within 5 working days, and 10 working days for international deliveries.

Damage/ Faulty Goods/ Products You must contact BeCalmed Spa Therapy Centre in writing within 7 working days of receiving the products. We will then contact you to discuss the extent of the damage or fault.
Upon authorisation of a return, the buyer will be responsible for the safe packaging of the returned products.
Any returned products shall remain at your risk until BeCalmed Spa Therapy Centre has received and inspected them.
Upon acceptance of the goods BeCalmed Spa Therapy Centre will refund monies to your credit/debit card within 28 days, including the cost to the buyer for returning goods by second class postage.

Uk Postage is currently priced at £2.99 minimum delivery which an extra £1.00 per extra product.
Europe is currently priced at £6.00 minimum delivery which an extra £1.00 per extra product.
Outside Europe is currently priced at £8.00 minimum delivery which an extra £1.00 per extra product.
